Program Overview:

1. Sensitivity Training:
   • A transformative Human Process Lab (HPL) experience to refine attitudes and strengthen interpersonal connections.
2. Team-Building Intervention:
   • Phase 1: Preparation and Planning
     • Day 1: Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving (Morning)
     • Brainstorm actionable goals/projects (Afternoon)
   • Phase 2: Project-Based Team Building
     • Day 2: Scenario creation, problem-solving techniques, and Action Team formation.
     • Day 3: Hands-on workshops on team dynamics and role alignment.
